Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position located in Turlock, California. This role involves providing direct patient care, supervising clinical staff, and supporting quality and safety initiatives within the labor and delivery unit. Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), certification in labor and delivery nursing, 1 year of experience in a labor and delivery setting, location compliance required in California, and education or degree requirements as specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as TNCC or ENPC, prior experience working in a similar hospital environment preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
