## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Trainer/Instructor to join our team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing workforce. Your expertise will help ensure that our employees are well-equipped to meet the demands of our fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety and quality standards. ## Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees in manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
Assess training needs and tailor instructional materials to meet the diverse learning styles of participants.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enhance practical skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and making improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company goals and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content.
QualificationsProven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
Previous experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using training tools and technology, including e-learning platforms.
Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
