Full-Time Teller and Bank New Accounts Representative

Texas Exchange Bank (TEB), owned by the multi-billion dollar family office of the founder of Q Investments, is interested in immediately hiring a Full-Time Teller and Bank New Accounts Representative, to work at either the Crowley or downtown Fort Worth branch. TEB is a $3B bank focused on complex bank loans to large corporations and securities of collateralized loan obligations. Job Purpose: Serves customers by completing account transactions and providing excellent customer service. Assist with new customer accounts in the branch and other operational duties. Role and Responsibilities: Process customer transactions & inquiries, and referring other services. Balances cash drawer daily: handle currency & coins, reconcile transactions. Follows bank security and operational procedures Education, Experience and Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years’ Bank Teller and/or New Accounts experience Good knowledge of banking products, services, regulations and procedures. Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Integrity, & Strong decision-making skills Proficient in the use of PC software tools, including Microsoft Excel & Word. Minimum education level is a high school diploma Physical Demands and Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be willing to commit to at least 2 years in the role.
