If this sounds like you, we’d love your help writing the next chapter in our historic BBQ legacy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollow all recipe and prepare according to business needsDaily set up of food service line, drink station and prep areaRegulate production and package side items and dessertsPrepare and stock line with appropriate side itemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of prep areaEducation and/or ExperienceFood Handler Certificate required.Ability to read and follow recipeA year of prep or cooking experience required.Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must often lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
