We are looking for a Construction Foreman to lead a crew, plan and oversee the building process of our custom homes from start to finish. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and architects especially during the framing stages of the project. Must be very comfortable reading blueprints and know how to frame a house efficiently. Work with subcontractors and vendors and delegate their responsibilities. Must be willing to strive to do perfect finish detail work. Report project progress to client and front office. Must be a leader who is patient and willing to teach the trade. Must be a forward thinker, providing quality work and be able to see and resolve issues. Qualifications Minimum 10 years building experience in the field.
