Our team at Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness is forward–thinking and provides care for behavioral health. We serve the residents of northeastern and southeastern Ohio. Our focus is on offering behavioral health treatment programs that will set you up for lifelong success. Our programs are for adults and older adult patients. Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from the struggles with mental health disorders and/or traumatic events.

Guide patients from crisis to stability. As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —stepping in with adaptability wherever you’re needed most.

How You Will Make a Difference

Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly.
Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
