Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Overview Reports to: Director, Project Management Location: NYC Salary range: $70k-$75k About us Prestige Wellness Group (PWG) is a New York–based spa design and installation company specializing in high-end residential and commercial wellness projects. We partner with international manufacturers and suppliers—primarily across Europe—to deliver custom sauna, steam, and wellness solutions. Our work requires precision, coordination, and strong cross-functional alignment to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing and supply chain operations. This role focuses on order processing, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking to ensure materials are delivered on time and projects remain on schedule. Responsibilities Align procurement with installation schedules and client deadlines Assist in sourcing materials and requesting vendor quotes Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) Track orders and follow up with vendors on delivery timelines Coordinate and monitor international shipments (primarily Europe to U.S.) Communicate shipment and order status updates to internal teams and clients Maintain accurate procurement and vendor records Support inventory tracking and flag potential shortages Assist with invoice matching and procurement documentation Resolve shipping delays, damaged freight, and shortages Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines simultaneously Basic understanding of purchasing, shipping, or inventory processes Proficiency in Excel and/or procurement tracking tools Strong communication and follow-up skills Preferred Experience with international shipping or import processes Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestige Wellness
