Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What's in it for you: This individual will serve as an integral connection between our base customers, fulfillment and acquisition teams here in the Portland Oregon office. You will work with our elite technician, operations, and sales teams to demonstrate to our customers why Trane is the best company to support their HVAC Service, Replacement, controls, rental, and digital needs.The Client Services Representative will be exposed to both the acquisition and fulfillment sides of our business with the opportunity to grow their career on either side. The Client Services Representative will be a key resource in maintaining and growing our customer base.What you will do:Coordinate the renewal of service contractsLook for opportunities to expand our offerings with our customersDelivers growth by prospecting for other non-agreement customers; sources may include cold calls, leads linkage, quick quotes, and new lead management.Responsible for time and material (T & M) and Quoted Job pull-through opportunities, working with the estimating team on the proposals and delivering proposals to the customer in a time frame to meet their needs.Develop accurate and timely estimates through input of the field and sales team's knowledge.Assists in creating standard work / cadence for meeting customer needs.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree or certificate with two years' work experience preferred.Customer service with relationship building experience is a plus.Competencies: customer focus and relationship building, problem solving and initiative, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability and agility, results orientationMathematical AptitudeMust be able to multi-task and think critically in high-stress situations.Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication.Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$44,300.00 - $89,424.99Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:YesSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.Paid time off includes up to 15 vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.401K match up, educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Disclaimer: Benefit offerings may vary by site as well as Collective Bargaining Agreements and local/state regulationsSafety Sensitive Role:NoThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
