Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical UnitThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, requiring 4 weekend shifts per month.We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients and collaborate with a supportive nursing team. With a patient ratio of 6:1 and available tech support, new staff will experience a welcoming environment that encourages learning and growth.Perform basic patient care and monitor vital signs.Administer medications and manage controlled substances safely.Assist with advanced skills such as NG/NJ tubes and chest tubes.Participate in patient procedures and post-operative care.Maintain documentation using Meditech.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.Active RN license.Preferably a BSN degree.BLS certification required.Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing is preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
