The Communications Agent supports day-to-day communication with customers, visitors, and community contacts. This position helps ensure information is shared clearly and professionally across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer and community inquiries
• Provide clear and accurate information about company services
• Assist with phone, email, and in-person communications
• Prepare routine correspondence and informational materials
• Maintain organized communication records
• Route questions and requests to the appropriate team member
• Support scheduled outreach and communication activities
• Follow up on assigned communication requests
