Equipment may include, but is not limited to: carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU), foil dispensers, top closers, palletization equipment. Manual responsibilities include loading, building and making boxes, hand packaging of bottles, loading labels. Maintenance includes performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations. Material handling involves loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials. Documentation includes accurately documenting records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks. Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, etc.). Applies correct labels. Perform quality checks consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects. Housekeeping and autonomous maintenance.Performance metrics:-Labeling accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation. -Quality control compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures. -Line clearance accuracy -Autonomous maintenance completionWhat makes you great:Qualifications and requirements:-High school diploma or equivalent required -Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred -Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours -Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously -High cleanliness standards for the machines and work areaPhysical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
