We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Counter Help. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash and Credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in payments.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols is essential.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required.

$11-$12 hourly base plus Great Tips Potential. And... We Guarantee at least $3 per hour tip average weekly and we’ll make up the difference if not achieved so $13-$15 minimum (although we're crushing that!)
