Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in Telemetry for a travel assignment located in Cudahy, WI. This role is ideal for skilled nurses looking to contribute their experience in a dynamic setting, focused on serving a diverse range of patient needs, especially within a Level IV Trauma Center environment.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Telemetry:

• Monitor cardiac and telemetry status of patients
• Provide care for patients with conditions such as CHF, chest pain observations, and other medical diagnoses
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and Alaris for IV pump management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RT, OT/PT/ST, and hospitalists available 24/7
• Engage in the management of drips such as Cardizem, amiodarone, and insulin within set parameters
• Conduct necessary procedures including NG tube placement and wound care management

Requirements of the RN – Telemetry:

• Current RN license with BLS and NIHSS certification; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg/Tele experience
• Experience with patient types including geriatric, cardiac, and neuro observations
