The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis HVAC experience Other duties as required Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
