Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM rotating

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding support to customers in a fast-paced environment. KNOWLEDGE IN TITLE WORK IS A HUGE PLUS.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Process orders, payments, and customer information accurately
Perform basic office and clerical duties
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Utilize computer software for data entry and customer management
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills and comfort learning software programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
