Manufacturing - Sanitation & Janitorial WorkerGeneral Information - TEMP TO HIRE - DURATION - 6 MONTHS - ONSITE POSITION - SHIFT - MON-FRI 2PM - 10:30PM.Basic FunctionThe position will complete the cleaning and sanitation of the production equipment and facility in order to maintain them in a clean and sanitary state. Performs cleaning and sanitation duties according to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures and Master Sanitation Schedule. Carries out specific instructions from Production Supervisors or designated Production Lead in accordance with the daily production schedule.Teamwork ResponsibilitiesMust be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field. Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines, experience and judgment to perform the functions of the job and accomplish goals. No prior experience or training.Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret a limited number of two and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiple and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using standard units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Technical Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic principals of mechanical functioning and cause and effect.
