At MFA, team members are empowered to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.Responsibilities: This person will provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and agronomic direction for Precision Agronomy Specialists, Crop Consultants, Local Agronomists, and interns in a region that consists of Boonville, Higginsville, Salisbury, Odessa, and Lexington, MO. They will lead the development, implementation, and growth of Crop-Trak and Nutri-Track programs while advancing precision agriculture, nutrient stewardship, and data-driven agronomic solutions. They will also serve as the primary technical resource for agronomy teams and retail locations by supporting training, technology adoption, sales execution, and customer success. Collaborates across agronomy, sales, operations, and research to drive business growth, improve service delivery, and develop high-performing agronomy professionals.
