Responsibilities Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrating patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification.
