Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Logistics Associate I, youll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. This is an intermediate level position. The primary focus of this role is supporting Logistics which may include one or more of the following: facilitates product shipping, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service. May drive forklifts. Updates and maintains inventory control databases. Ensures the freight sorting area is organized, and follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
• Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
• Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
• Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
• Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
• Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
• Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

• Location : Beloit, WI.
• Work Week & Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with overtime when required
• Compensation: $19.77 / hour and $2,000 signing bonus, to be paid out incrementally over the first year of employment.
• Required Dress Code/PPE: This position requires wearing long sleeve shirts, long pants, safety vest, safety glasses, safety shoes, and cut resistant gloves

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous plant or warehouse experience
• Previous forklift operating experience
• Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $19.77 - $29.66. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
