Tech Lead Manager: Build Scalable Trust & Safety Tools

Chime is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead Manager to guide the Human Agent Tooling team in Trust & Safety. You will lead 3–5 engineers, set hiring bar, coach, and own delivery, while writing production code alongside your team. You’ll modernize the agent workspace and back-end services, collaborate with Product, Operations, and support to improve member protection and experience.
