Security Officers – West Jefferson, Ohio Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers at a location in West Jefferson, Ohio. Responsibilities Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety. Conduct patrols and inspections to detect hazards or suspicious activity. Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with first responders. Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance issues accurately. Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information. Qualifications / Benefits Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs., completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather. Education and/or Experience Previous security experience is also preferred. High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Language Skills Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus. Physical Demands The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; perform duties regardless of inclement weather. Salary & Benefits Compensation starting at $19.00 per hour (varies by post and position).
