Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS (US, Southeast/Mid-Atlantic)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate with rare CNS expertise to manage research site activities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The role involves study setup, site training, monitoring, and compliance oversight for clinical trials, predominantly remote with required regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and compliance at clinical trial sites
- Conduct study initiation visits and site training on data collection and safety reporting
- Perform study startup activities including site selection, regulatory documentation, and contract negotiation
- Monitor site performance during study maintenance and coordinate study closeout activities
- Ensure informed consent procedures and regulatory requirements are met at all sites
Requirements
- 5+ years clinical research associate experience
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree
- Rare CNS therapeutic area experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Reside in Southeastern or Mid-Atlantic United States
Compensation: $97,000 - $193,000 annually
