We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Representative to join our dynamic team.
As an Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in prospecting new clients, servicing existing clients, and collaborating closely with your team to achieve our shared goals. Your positive mindset and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued success and growth of our agency.
Prospect new clients: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals and marketing.
Service existing clients: Provide outstanding support and service to existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, develop strategies, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Maintain knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Achieve goals: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
