Clinical Trial Associate

Supporting multiple tasks and functional areas, the full-time remote Clinical Trial Associate will manage the timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program while serving as a liaison between various groups involved in clinical trials. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute tasks in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate record keeping and real-time updates Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs throughout the study lifecycle, driving timely delivery of project tasks Mentor junior team members and oversee their work output while coordinating communications and scheduling for consultant interactions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years related to clinical trials Experience in CRA/CRO roles is a plus, with project management or service-related industry experience preferred Strong computer literacy, preferably with clinical software, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently while managing competing priorities Fluency in an additional language besides English is a plus
