As a Guest Service Agent at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of creating workplace experiences that will be long remembered by our clients. This client-facing role combines your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. Your work will increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners, and our clients to provide superior service delivery. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost and found, and luggage storage services
• Conduct quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Facilitate mail and package services, ensuring timely distribution and accurate tracking
• Assist with site events in coordination with the conference services team and administrative staff
• Escalate and resolve problems associated with building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
• Submit work orders through appropriate channels and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated, seamless experiences for clients and visitors

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-3 years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility or property management, or operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficient skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Knowledge of commercial real estate environments and workplace services
• Experience executing experience programs or guest services in corporate settings

Location: Riverwoods, IL

Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:30

Estimated compensation for this position:

24.00 24.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
