Merrill Gardens - 90 Payne Street - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair; Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner which includes painting walls and cleaning carpets; Responsible for all in-house plumbing, e.g. sinks, toilets and bathtubs; Responsible for minor electrical work within units and in common areas, e.g. light switches, wall outlets, garbage disposals, etc.; Complete all work orders in a timely manner noting any other work completed at the location but not listed on work order
