Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to support various construction activities Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete work, or finishing touches Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within safety guidelines Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues or repairs needed Support safety protocols by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety procedures Qualifications Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role within the construction industry Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or instructions is preferred but not mandatory Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to construction sites Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Valid driver’s license is a plus for transporting tools or materials between sites Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Safety equipment provided Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
