Dedicated to advocating on behalf of our clients & protecting their interest in the properties they own. This is a fast paced environment with room for growth for the right individuals who are open to learn more about the industry and what it takes to succeed. 

Responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, mailings, daily administrative functions, perform ad hoc tasks, preparing letters, respond to resident concerns amongst other functions. Training will be provided on our phone systems, our property management software program which will allow you to grow within the organization.

Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
