Senior Family Law Attorney

Summary A growing family law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to handle complex divorce and family law matters. This role offers a flexible, technology-driven work environment with the ability to work remotely when possible. Responsibilities Handle divorce and family law litigation matters Attend major case events, hearings, depositions, and trials Develop and implement case strategies for litigated divorce matters Manage client service teams and oversee the work of associate attorneys Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and other legal team members Provide strong client service and maintain client relationships Manage cases and ensure matters progress effectively Business development is encouraged but not required Qualifications Florida Bar admission required At least 2 years of family law experience; 3+ years preferred Experience handling divorce and family law matters Trial and deposition experience required Strong litigation and case strategy skills Ability to manage cases independently Experience supervising or mentoring associate attorneys and/or paralegals is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Flexible spending account Health savings account Flexible schedule Remote/hybrid work flexibility Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, Wellington and Boca Raton, FL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
