General WorkerOur Child Nutrition staff play an integral part in serving our mission to continuously improve meals and services to meet nutritional requirements, provide a variety of menu items, and give the healthiest choices with the freshest ingredients available. As a General Worker, you would have the opportunity to share these improvements firsthand with the students of our District through the preparation and serving of our meals.REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION LEVEL: High school diplomaEXPERIENCE DESIRED: One to three years' experience in similar positionPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Post-offer physical (funded by the District) required prior to starting position. Requires constant hearing, hand-eye coordination, mind-eye coordination; intermittent keyboarding, sitting and lifting. Frequent repetitive motions with wrists, hands, fingers, standing, walking, and carrying.OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Required to attend certification courses offered by CANS before or after hiring.
