Senior Recruiter

RecruiterThe Recruiter will partner closely with the Senior recruiter, hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of professional and technical positions across consulting, technical, engineering, GIS, and project management functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and consulting positions.Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruiting strategies.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews.Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.Present qualified candidates within established service level expectations.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.Partner with leadership on recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent availability.Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Negotiate offers and manage candidate closing activities.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
