Detail Manager
At Great Lakes Honda West we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Detail Manager to join our team! The Detail Manager will oversee all aspects of the detail department, ensuring high-quality work, efficient operations, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the detail team, providing training, scheduling and performance management
- Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with service, sales, and management teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive detailing and supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
