Job Description

We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team at City Fish Market !

City Fish Market offers a wide selection of expertly-prepared, fresh fish and seafood, accompanied by a nautical ambiance next to a lake in Boca Raton, Florida. Our menus have a great variety of dishes from seafood classics such as Fish & Chips, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, to a wide selection of fresh catch that can be prepared to guests taste.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day culinary operations of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items and specials
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create exceptional guest experience

Qualifications:

2 years Previous experience in culinary arts with expertise in the pastry station.
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
