• Active SLP license in Indiana, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students of various ages
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Provide direct therapy services, consultations, and recommendations in the educational setting
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and staff trainings as needed
