Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity. High level of proficiency in differentiating between mechanical and electrical failures, implementing sustainable solutions to minimize operational downtime. Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, with a firm commitment to maintaining a zero-incident work environment through EH&S and BBS participation. Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) to ensure product integrity and audit readiness. Self-motivated professionals with a history of excellent attendance and the flexibility to support diverse business areas as needed. Dedicated to reducing scrap and preventing deviations by identifying and owning line-side improvement projects.Qualifications Person requires positive outlook and high energy level for very fast paced stressful working environment. In addition to being resourceful and having excellent interpersonal skills, must be team oriented. Strong leadership abilities with the skill set to exercise independent judgment with respect to real or potential problems. Must possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficient in communicating both written and oral. Pay Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $22.75 to $37.75. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
