Job Title: 3rd Shift - Assembler Job Description

As an Assembler, you will perform basic assembly and machine loading of materials for printed circuit board technology. You will be responsible for the basic set-up and operation of automated solder machines to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Demonstrate basic assembly ability with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.
• Set-up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills.
• Recognize and interpret customer/EBWE prints, WI’s/VA’s, and materials documentation.
• Apply enhanced IPC inspection knowledge for part placements, solder inspection, reflow, through hole, and handle Printed Circuit Board/Component damage, as well as Final Assembly Inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• General labor skills.
• Soldering experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level positions.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours straight.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
