We are seeking a BoardCertified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to serve as Medical Director ofOphthalmology for a thriving, hospital-employed practice in beautiful Rutland,Vermont. This leadership opportunity combines a robust clinical practice withthe ability to guide and grow ophthalmology services within a respectedregional healthcare organization.

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Ophthalmology
- Completion of an accreditedOphthalmology residency program
- Fellowship training welcomedbut not required
- Eligible for or able toobtain a Vermont medical license
- Eligible for hospitalmedical staff privileges
- Demonstrated leadershipabilities and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
