AB Spectrum provides specialized ReggioABA™ (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for young children (ages 1-6). Our foundation is ABA, an evidence-based therapy focused on developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills. Our Model: Our centers utilize a unique Therapy Through Play model. We embrace the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising a Natural Environment Teaching (NET), child-led learning environment to deliver individualized, high-quality early intervention services in settings that replicate a natural preschool. Our Team: Join our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration. You'll benefit from cross-disciplinary collaboration and unique special visits, including music facilitators, pet interactions, and other partnerships. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 (Commensurate with experience) Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. (No late nights or weekends) Caseload: Strictly capped at 6 clients The AB Spectrum Difference Recognized as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch , AB Spectrum is the exclusive provider of Reggio-inspired ABA therapy . Clinical Philosophy: We operate with a strict non-restraint and non-seclusion policy. Active Learning: We utilize our outdoor play areas daily , moving therapy beyond the desk and into the fresh air. No RBT Shift Coverage: Your time is protected for clinical leadership and oversight—BCBAs are not used for sub-coverage. Relocation Support: We are open to providing relocation assistance for the right candidate from anywhere in the U.S.! The Role: Clinical Leadership with Balance Hybrid Flexibility: One protected remote day per week for focused documentation and treatment planning.
