- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current state-issued security guard license and Powers to Arrest/Use of Force (WMD) certificate
- A stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the last 6 years and no employment gaps greater than 6 months
- Drug Testing and Background screening required
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record required
- Loss Prevention, Military, Corrections, and/or Law Enforcement experience are also required for specific roles (a few of them)
- Bilingual language skills are a PLUS
