Receiving Clerk

Join our team as a Receiving Clerk and play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. In this position, you'll receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify deliveries for accuracy and damage, enter receiving information into inventory systems, and ensure products are distributed to the appropriate departments. You'll maintain accurate inventory records, assist with asset tracking and inventory counts, coordinate outgoing shipments, and support surplus property management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in shipping and receiving processes, with strong communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed. A valid Florida driver's license and at least one year of related experience are required.

This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of seventy-five (75) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
