In search for business partner to launch new business focused in Peer-to-Peer E-commerce Marketplace and Social Platform. Hands-on entrepreneur to work strategic vision into new MVP to present to potential investors to raise capital to launch business.

Early-stage startup building a groundbreaking C2C (peer-to-peer) marketplace and social media platform tailored for a passionate and engaged community. Mission is to transform how enthusiasts connect, buy, and sell, creating an experience that is seamless, trusted, and built for the future. I am seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded technologist to join as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder.

Who You Are:

You are a hands-on software engineer, product thinker, and online leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are passionate about building scalable technology solutions, user-friendly platforms, and solving complex problems. You love to innovate, take risks, and want to be a part of something truly disruptive and high growth potential. Bonus points if you have an interest in golf, e-commerce, or social commerce.

Your Role:

As the CTO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our technology vision. You will architect, build, and scale our platform from the ground up while shaping the overall product strategy alongside the founding team. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, code, iterate quickly, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop MVP including scope, design, UI, backend and user dashboard
• Develop the end-to-end technology strategy and product roadmap
• Architect and build a scalable, secure, and high-performance C2C marketplace and social platform.
• Make key decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Lead backend and frontend development, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team as we scale.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and data protection.
• Collaborate with the CEO and business team to align technology with growth and monetization strategies.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in e-commerce, social commerce, and web technologies.
• Take ownership with a long-term vision and commitment to success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (startup experience preferred).
• Proficiency in modern web development technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, Golang, AWS, Firebase, or similar stacks).
• Experience in building and scaling marketplace platforms, e-commerce, or social applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how to create engaging user experiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems efficiently, and pivot quickly.
• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and risk-taking.
• A true founder mindset – hungry, adaptable, and resilient.
• Interest or passion for golf (a big plus, but not required).
