People Practices Partner - Leadership & Culture Advocate
DPR Construction
DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Business Partner for a large project site, on-site Monday–Friday. You will lead engagement, workforce planning, and change management for the business, partnering with leaders to drive a strong employee experience and inclusive culture. Requires 7–10+ years of HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred Master’s degree.
