Position Summary - The Department of OtolaryngologyHead & Neck Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Division Chief of Pediatric OtolaryngologyHead & Neck Surgery. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a well-established, collaborative, and highly respected team dedicated to advancing pediatric ENT care across Indiana and beyond. We are seeking an experienced academic leader with a passion for clinical excellence, education, and research innovation. The successful candidate will help shape the future of pediatric otolaryngology at the nation's largest medical school. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a division with a strong foundation toward a clear vision for the future. Academic rank and track will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.

Position Highlights

• Clinical 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient

Our pediatric practice includes four fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists and five Advanced Practice Providers. The clinical scope covers:

• Aerodigestive and complex airway disorders (including a multidisciplinary aerodigestive clinic)
• Sleep surgery
• Head and neck masses and congenital malformations
• Rhinology and craniofacial disorders
• Laryngology and vascular anomalies
• Otology, including a well-established cochlear implant program

Basic Qualifications - Qualifications

• MD or equivalent terminal degree
• Board Certification by the American Board of OtolaryngologyHead & Neck Surgery
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academic medicine
• Commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and research
