You Have: 5+ years of experience in learning analysis, strategy development, content design and development, content delivery, and learning evaluation 5+ years of experience working as an instructional designer or advisor in a professional environment 5+ years of experience working in an Air Force, Combatant Commands, or Joint environment Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with needs assessment, requirements development and analysis, needs curriculum development, high-level simulations, LMS, LCMS development and distribution, and learning technology Knowledge of Air Force Doctrine and Department of Air Force Handbook 36-2675 Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
