Third Party Property Management Owner's Specialist Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week, eligible for overtime. We are expanding our creative team to enhance our consistent and engaging visual brand presence. This client service-oriented Owners' Specialist II is based in‑office as part of our expanding Corporate HQs in Plano, TX. Responsibilities Provide 3rd-party Property Owners with the highest levels of service and professionalism, ensuring complete satisfaction and support in property operations. Act as a liaison between Owners and Company Management, facilitating clear and effective communication. Provide Owners with business status updates, work‑order details, and sales forecasts via inbound or outbound calls. Pre‑review/review monthly financials for each Owner's portfolio, addressing areas of concern or requests for explanation. Research and resolve inquiries and requests for information, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Facilitate one‑on‑one feedback sessions on business performance (including financials and operating results) and participate in team meetings to share insights and help drive improvements. Participate, support, and coordinate internal department projects related to the Third Party Management business, contributing to overall team success. Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and active listening skills. Adept at independently analyzing situations and delivering thoughtful responses while serving as a liaison between multiple parties. Review and summarize Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, understanding concepts of Operating Expenses, Revenue, Net Income, Actual versus Budget Variance, GL Details, and Rent Roll. Be highly organized, capable of reviewing contracts, tracking work orders and following general operating procedures. Resolve multifaceted issues that may require extensive research and complex decision‑making. Build rapport and develop professional relationships with Owners. Mentor and train clients and peers, fostering professional growth and development. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prove a track record of strong commitment to client services. Be resourceful, proactive, adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 5+ years of business‑to‑business customer service, client support, and/or account management experience. College coursework or degree preferred.
