Clearwater Analytics seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the Operations organization, driving talent management, organizational development, and strategic partnering to support growth and workforce engagement. The role emphasizes partnering with executives to align people strategies with performance targets, coaching leaders, and enabling continuous improvement.
