GENERAL MACHINE OPERATOR

AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is looking for a Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Mayodan, NC. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating assigned equipment during their shift while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company and ISO quality requirements. PAY: $14/hr. days - $15/hr. nights Key Responsibilities: Operate designated machinery during assigned shift Operate various blow molding machines Perform work within established standard cycle times Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Follow supervisor direction regarding assigned products and machines Inform supervisor of equipment issues or unsafe working conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift Complete required training on products and equipment as assigned Operate forklift (only if trained and certified by Blow Molded Solutions) Assist with housekeeping and additional duties as assigned by Group Leader Safety Responsibilities: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Follow all plant safety rules and procedures Do not operate equipment unless properly trained Report any workplace injuries immediately to a supervisor Maintain a neat, organized, and hazard-free workspace Quality & ISO Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to company quality policies Maintain access to quality documentation as required Follow ISO procedures and know where to access manuals and information Understand how individual performance contributes to overall company quality objectives Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties and repetitive movements Willingness to follow safety guidelines and production standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
