Recent Grads - CDL A Company Truck Driver - Regional

$850 per week

Job Description

CDL school prepares you to earn your license. This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver.

Qualified CDL-school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

After Training

Average solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week
Eastern Regional routes
No-touch dry van freight
Weekly or bi-weekly home time options

Pet and rider program

Primary Responsibilities

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
Complete regional pickups and deliveries
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate electronic logs
Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
Safe driving record
Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
