Build trust with homeowners through education, communication, and solution-based selling. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions. Create accurate estimates and present service and product options. Explain available financing options and assist customers through the financing process when applicable. Confirm payment details and ensure all required documentation is complete. Coordinate with Install Coordinators, Technicians, and Dispatch to ensure a smooth job flow. Visit job sites as needed to confirm installation feasibility and scope of work. Maintain accurate and organized sales records using CRM and ServiceTitan. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics. Attend ongoing product and sales training to continually improve performance. Ensure sales comply with applicable plumbing codes and permitting requirements. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through job completion. Requirements Residential sales experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home services. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to assess customer needs and confidently present solutions. Familiarity with estimates, financing options, and CRM or estimating software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Valid driver’s license.
