ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1978 and currently lead a team of four. Over the years, I’ve focused on building a stable, supportive environment where both customers and team members feel valued for the long term.

I attended Missouri State University and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. I’m very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and golfing whenever I can.

I stay active in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Building strong local relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
David Coday - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
